Support
A real person reads every one of these.
We are small, so support is the product team. Tell us what you were trying to do and we will answer by the next working day — usually sooner.
Three ways in. Pick whichever suits the problem.
Pick a topic and it tells you exactly what to include — so we can answer properly the first time instead of asking three questions back.

The eight things people ask us most
Is yours here?
My scan finished but pages are missing
Every scan lists the URLs it did not open and why — duplicate parameters, blocked by robots, not on the sitemap, or outside your package's page limit. Open the coverage list on the scan first; if a page is listed as scanned but its findings look wrong, send us the scan number.
Can you scan pages behind a login?
Yes, from the Team package up, using an authenticated scan profile you set up in the workspace. Do not email us credentials — the profile stores them encrypted and they never appear in a report or an export. If you would rather set it up with us on screen, book a support call.
My score dropped and I did not change anything
Three usual causes: new content was published, a third-party embed changed, or the rule set was updated. Every scan records the rule-set version, so compare the two scans side by side — a drop caused by a rule-set change is marked as such rather than blamed on your site.
How do I give a client access to just their own site?
Invite them into that one client workspace, not into your agency organisation. They will see only that workspace, and nothing about your other clients. How access works across a portfolio.
Where are my invoices?
Under Account → Billing, which opens the payment portal where you can download every invoice, change the payment method, or cancel. We cannot see or change your card details from our side.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. After 14 days the workspace goes read-only for 60 days — you keep access to existing scans and evidence, but no new monitoring runs. Pick a package at any point in that window and everything resumes where it stopped.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Account → Data downloads your personal account and authored activity as JSON. Website managers can download a handover CSV for each site with findings and remediation history. Organisation-wide JSON/CSV exports, schedules and the read API are Enterprise features.
Does a green score mean we are compliant?
No, and we will not claim otherwise. Automated testing reliably covers a portion of WCAG 2.2 AA; the rest needs human judgement, which is why unresolvable checks go to a human-review list instead of being counted as passes. What we test and what we cannot.
