For agencies and freelancers
Every client. One view. Nothing mixed up.
See every website you look after in one portfolio — score, open findings, next scan — while each client's workspace, users and evidence stay completely separate.

Five things you actually need to know
Running accessibility for other people's websites is a different job.
You are not fixing one site — you are carrying twenty, each with its own theme, its own contact person, and its own invoice. These five sections cover how that works here: separation, access, priorities across the portfolio, the proof you hand over, and who pays for what.
Every client lives in their own workspace
Each client gets a workspace with its own websites, scans, findings, screenshots and reports. There is no shared pool underneath — nothing from one client's site can appear in another client's report, export or PDF, not by accident and not through a login someone shared.
- Every website, scan and screenshot belongs to exactly one workspace
- Deleting a client removes their evidence, not yours
- Works the same at three clients and at twenty-five
- 4 websites
- 3 open findings
- 142 screenshots
- 2 users
- 1 website
- 9 open findings
- 61 screenshots
- 1 user
No route between the two. Cross-client data appears in exactly one place — your own portfolio view, in section 03.

Agency roles inherit the whole portfolio. Everyone else is invited into exactly one workspace.
The right person sees the right client — without you managing a list
Your own people get the portfolio by inheritance: hire someone, and they can see every client without being added to twenty-five workspaces one at a time. A freelancer you brought in for one relaunch, or a client's own marketing contact, gets a single workspace and nothing else.
- Invitations are single-purpose and expire
- Removing access takes effect immediately, mid-session
- Every access change is written to an organisation audit log
One screen that tells you what to do on Monday
Twenty client sites produce a lot of noise. The portfolio view answers two questions instead: which client needs attention this week, and which barrier is worth your time because it turned up in four builds at once. Every client is still fixed separately — but you stop rediscovering the same pattern client by client.

Proof of the work you did, not a login your client will never use
Most of the businesses you look after have no developer and no interest in a dashboard — that is exactly why they pay you. What they need at the end of the month is something short and dated that says a barrier was found, fixed and checked. Not a task list they are expected to work through.
- A PDF under your own logo and colours, with the method stated
- Sent on a schedule, so the retainer reports itself
- The dated trail behind it stays in your workspace if anyone ever asks
- Give the client a read-only login only if they actually want one

How billing works when you resell this
You hold one subscription and pay for the whole portfolio centrally. Client workspaces are sponsored by you — a client never needs a card, an account of their own, or a conversation with us. Grow past 25 and you add workspaces one at a time, each including one website.
- Extra users are billed monthly if you outgrow the 30 included
- Upgrade takes effect immediately and you only pay the difference
- Annual billing gives you two months free; EUR or USD
- Losing a client frees the workspace at the next renewal
