Frequently asked questions
Can I try OpenForAll before paying?
Two ways. The Free package runs indefinitely on one small website with no payment method. Or start a 14-day Team trial, also without a payment method — when it ends, reports stay readable and new scans pause until you subscribe.
What happens if I exceed a limit?
Nothing is charged automatically, ever. The action is blocked and you are told which limit was reached — then you either wait for the next cycle, add an extension, or move up a package.
How do I cancel or change package?
From the customer area at any time. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel; access continues to the end of the paid period, and results stay readable for 60 days afterwards.
Do prices include VAT?
No — all prices exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout from your billing country; eligible businesses with a valid VAT ID use reverse charge and are not charged VAT. EUR and USD are separate fixed price books, not a live conversion.
Which package do I need for client work?
Agency, as soon as clients need separated workspaces, their own logins, approvals or white-label reports. Team is enough if you manage everything under one roof.
